Casas & Reformas has been carrying out projects in Spain for more than 17 years, survived the 7 years long lasting construction crisis due to the solid solvency and emerged as a well reputed construction company on the Costa del Sol.

Manager and Founder
The manager and founder of Casas&Reformas, born in Lapland, northern Finland, has over 30 years of experience in construction. He began working at a young age in his home country in various sectors. Later, his adventurous spirit led him to live in countries like Portugal and the United States until he decided to settle on the Costa del Sol, captivated by the climate, culture, and friendly people.
A visionary and entrepreneur, he gradually began this project over 15 years ago, consolidating it in the last 6 years into a company with a strong drive for growth. He not only learns to meet clients’ needs but also surprises them by giving them more than they ask for, an effect achieved by identifying ways to improve products and services. In short, he strives for excellence.
We would highlight his humility and approachability towards the entire team. He considers himself just another colleague. He dedicates his free time to sports and enjoying nature to escape the noise and tries to spend as much time as possible with his family.
